Title Bar missing all information

Suddenly, ALL of the title bars on ALL of our software applications
are blank. No program names display (i.e., "Microsoft Word," "Microsoft
PowerPoint") and no file names show, and it's not just happening on the
Microsoft products. All we now see are blank, blue title bars and the
appropriate software icon on the left side. Can someone help?
