Tired of clearing the Outlook Forms Cache....

Outlook 2002 clients, single Exchange Server 2003.

at least once a week i am walking someone through the Tools | Options |
other | Advanced Options | Custome Forms | Manage Forms and Clear
CAche....this is a bandaid and becoming a headache.

What is causing the issue? lots of articles and tutorials on haow to clear
it. now i need to know how to prevent it or get to the source.

any ideas? if you require more info i will provide it.

sorry for sounding frusterated but well, I am.
