Timings change when show emailed

I've create a 29 slide presentation, I've mix all wave files into one
soundtrack. I've maually set timings and when viewed on my computer
everything works to a T. My problem is that when I send it to someone
via e-mail as a PPS. The timings are off. I can't figure out what's
doing this.
 
If your friends computer was identical to yours in every way, then
everything would work just fine. Unfortunately timings in PowerPoint are not
all that great, and will differ depending on the computer. Really not much
you can do about it other than not be so exact.
