Timesheet Reminder

I would like to automate the finance departments timesheet reminder email.
Every two weeks our finance department sends out an email reminding all
employees that timesheets are due and the date they are to be turned in. Is
there a way i can create an automated template that sends the message based
on current date? Thank you for all your help.

You could use a similiar approach by creating a recurring TaskItem or
AppointmentItem with a Reminder set to a specified time.
