Times don't match up on Windows Mobile Smartphone and Outlook 2007

Here is the problem I am having in Outlook 2007. I have a Motorola Q cell
phone and I am syncing the calendar information on my cell phone with Outlook
2007 (Trial). The times on my phone are correct, however any appointments
that occur between 03/11/07 and 04/07/07 show up as one hour later in Outlook
2007's calendar. By the way, I am also running Windows Vista on this
computer.

The time zone setting on the phone, Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista are all
set to the Central US time zone with the Adjust for Daylight Savings Time
option checked. I've double checked this to make sure that this wasn't the
problem after checking on this forum on other posts. I have also tried
running the Time Zone Update Tool for Microsoft Outlook off of Microsoft's
web site and it told me that I had no appointments that would need to be
moved by this tool.

I'm just about at my wit's end on this.

Anyone else have any ideas on what I need to do?

did you update all devices with the new time zone data? Vista includes the
new tz info, so I'd say the problem is the Q was not updated to reflect the
changes. What tz did you choose when you ran the tool? You'll want to use
the one with (updated) in the name to change to.

This puzzles me. I've applied the Windows, the Outlook, and the PDA updates
and none of those devices have any time zones that contain the string
"(updated)" in them. Where does one see that?

Hey I want to thank those who replied to my message for some help. I did
what you had posted on this board. At first I thought that it wasn't going
to work because I wasn't seeing any changes in Outlook. Then I went into the
Outlook 2007 time zone mover screen and told the program that I wanted to
change everything to the Eastern Time Zone. After that, I ran this time zone
mover screen again and changed everything back to the Central Time Zone (the
zone I'm actually in.). Once I did that everything synced in Outlook and my
Windows Mobile Smartphone just the way that it should. Again, thank you to
everyone who posted a message to help me out.
