M MartinW Aug 3, 2006 #2 Hi Gary, One way is to use Text to Columns so that in your example you would have, A1 B1 C1 D1 22 hours 23 minutes then in E1 put =A1&":"&C1 Depending on your setup it maybe better to export it to a blank sheet for the conversion and then import back to your original.
