Time zone program or site

I would like a good time zone program or site that would have these
features:

1) See a map listing the current times of various places of the world
2) Allow me to add my own custom locations in a list of times
3) Allow me to see the difference in hours compared to my own location.

I have looked a lot, but I have not found 1 product that can do all these...
I used "microsoft time zone" a free program, but it did not calculate day
light saving time!
Lol...

Has anyone seen anything that has all these?

there are different versions. I'm using #5 but can't remember if this
older version was freeware (I belive) or not.

sun clock should be exactely what you want. Nice program/screensaver.
