Time Synchronization between two servers

I have really a big problem synchronizing the time between
the two domain controller (one is a pdc and other is a
adc). system event log always has the error w32time. and I
am unable to solve this problem.

There is an associated problem along with this is that the
cut,copy, and past function of my windows 2000 server
stops.

I don't know to fix the problem.

Please help me.

You can use the NET TIME command to synchronize time for all workstations
and servers in a Windows NT/2000/2003 environment.
