Time Sync

I am having issues with my NT4.0 clients clocks not
syncronizing with the server. All the proper permissions
are inplace. (I beleive)... When i go to the client
computer and try to go to the date/time to set the time i
get a message that says "You don't have the proper
permissions to do this".

Then I went to the command promt and typed

net time /set /yes to set the time with the PDC and it
gave me this error.
"System Error 1314 has just occurred."
A required privilege is not hel by the client.

Can anyone help me?

"Users" (as opposed to Power Users or Admins) cannot set the time but
that probably isn't your problem.

Perhaps your machine has lost it's account/password with the domain?
(Might computer account needs resetting or rejoining domain.)
