Time Server Synch

I am receg the message "FAILED TO PRODUCE USABLE TIME
STAMP" when I sink to an internal time server as well as
the one set up by the US Naval Observatory. Any
suggestions?

The PDC emulator FSMO role is the time authority on a domain. While it can
be synchronized to an external atomic server, all members of the domain must
sync with the local time authority (PDC emulator). Time is just as critical
to a W2K domain as a heartbeat to a human body.
