Time Server Synch

I am receg the message "FAILED TO PRODUCE USABLE TIME
STAMP" when I sink to an internal time server as well as
the one set up by the US Naval Observatory. Any
suggestions?

Make one server reliable. if it is the PDC everyone else should start using
it if not force them to look at it.

The PDC emulator FSMO role is the time authority on a domain. While it can
be synchronized to an external atomic server, all members of the domain must
sync with the local time authority (PDC emulator). Time is just as critical
to a W2K domain as a heartbeat to a human body.
