Time Restriction - User Error

I made the mistake and turned on time restrictions for logon (and subsequent
email access) on my own work computer. I'm not IT. I'm the user.

How do I turn it off?

This group is for programming language questions. You'll probably need to
ask your question in a group more directly related to system administration,
logons and security. microsoft.public.win2000.security or some other
newsgroup with security in the name is probably a good place to start.
