Time out

This happens the odd time.

When I click on a internet link in explorer, and wait a
few seconds, sometimes it seems to time out (doesn't go to
the link I clicked on) and then a web page lop.com comes
up.

Not sure why the webpage lop.com comes up, trying to
figure where it gets that.

any ideas so this lop.com webpage comes up it times out?

any help appreciated

spyware ,hijacker, try spybot to remove spywares, etc and
download ,update ,scan ,fix problems, use easy mode and

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
