Because of the way Windows domain authentication works
your PC's clock must be within five minutes of the domain
controller's clock in order for you to log on.
My advice? Check with your network guys, figure out which
machine's clock is off and set the time on the offending
machine. You can set the time on your workstation by
double-clicking the time in the system tray at the end of
the taskbar.
