time.ocx from Microsoft taken as a component of Whazit Toolbar Hijacker

Every time I run the scan it detects the Whazit Toolbar
Browser Hijacker, but upon the removal, it also removes
the %WINDIR%\system32\time.ocx.
Details on my time.ocx:
Version: 1.0.0.1
Description:TIME OLE Control DLL
Copyright: Copyright © 1997, Microsoft Corporation
Size: 36 864 bytes

Any hints on how to disable this unwanted removal ?

You might post this in the signatures group--thats the place for false
positives.

In my experience, if you choose Ignore Always as the action after the scan,
the application is ignored from then on.

I'm unclear from your message about whether you feel that this detection
also results in the removal of genuine threat elements? You might want to
use Tools, Suspect Spyware Report to send a report from your machine with
the "infection" in place and detail these findings in the report.
