time limit for individual users

Does anyone know how to set a time limit for the operating
system to automatically shut of a specific user? I want
to limit my kids time on the computer. They already have
individual user names and passwords. I want to limit them
to 60 minutes of play time a day and have them unable to
log on to the computer between 10 pm and 10 am.
Thanks

You can set the Logon Hours in the properties dialog of the user and then
use a GPO to force logoff when logon hours expire.

Hi

This will not log users off from their local machine - only from network
resources. As far as I know, there is nothing builtin in Win2k that will force
a user logoff from the local machine at a set time. You might get something to
work with a scheduled script though.

Several weeks ago someone else popped much the same
question in this newsgroup. When I gave him a batch file
that he had to schedule on his PC with the Task Scheduler,
he dropped the solution like a hot potatoe. Are you prepared
to run with it?
