time in windows taskbar is military time...how to change?

The time in my windows taskbar has suddenly changed to military
time...(ie 22:34) and I want it to be normal (ie 10:34)...is there
anyway someone can help me with this! Thank you very much in advance!

Go to; Control Panel --> Regional Options --> Time --> h:mm:ss
 
Control Panel|Regional Options|Customize|Time and set the 'Time format:' to
h:mm:ss tt
