I have a time in A1 as 07:30AM as start time, B1 as 15:30PM as end time and
in C1 column I enter the actual time like 13:00PM, that means he goes early
by 02:30hrs early than scheduled time or I enter 17:30PM in C1 column he goes
by 02:00hrs late than scheduled time. can anyone help me to solve this
problem. Thanks in Advance

How are you entering your time values... as shown (those are not not valid
time values then) or as real time values with a Cell Format set to display
what you have shown us? One problem with the time values (if you are
entering them as shown) is that a valid time value in Excel needs a space in
front of the AM or PM (you show no space). The second thing wrong with them
(again, assuming you are typing them in as shown) is that a 24-hour time
value (that is what the 13:00 part of your 13:00PM is) cannot have a PM
designation attached to it (with or without a separating space)... the fact
that it is greater than 12:00 PM tells you it is and afternoon time. Can you
clarify for us what you actually have for your time values?

You don't say what the problem is.

Do you want the difference between actual and end time?
