Depends on what you mean by 'modify'... If you want a very cool desktop
clock, thatcan have diffeerent transparency settings as well as skins and
colors and can be almost any size you wish, then search for 'ghrone' at
garoo.net and you will find a clock display that is way cooler than the
taskbar clock in Windows taskbar, and it's free. You're welcome.
