Time Difference

I have imported 2 SQL tables into Access. One has a product code and the
start time of each code. The other has information about that product
collected every 5 seconds. What I need to do is calculate the time
difference between the product codes and then use it to query the other table
to pull data during that time? Any suggestions. There is only a start time
not a stop time.
