Time & Date Display on Taskbar

Can anyone tell me how to change my taskbar back to just
show the time? It has been changed to show the date and
day of week and I don't know how to get it back to
showing just the time.

Windows will not show the date for you. You most liekly have a third party
program installed causing it.

I had same problem - I changed my display to windows classic mode and then
back to XP mode and now I just get the time displayed. Hope this works for
you.

Windows XP will show you the Date and Time if you make it taller then 1 row.
You must have your task set with 2 rows. I don't believe there is a way to
turn off the date if you have it expanded. Your other option would be to
remove the time altogether by right clicking on the task bar selecting
properties, and unchecking the Show the clock option.
