time change when syncing to Pocket PC

I am working with Outlook 2003, and PocketPC device.

Suddenly all my PPC calendar appointments are 1 hour ahead of where they should be (e.g.) if my desktop outlook shows 15:00, Pocket outlook shows 16:00.

I checked and unchecked all relevant option (e.g. Time sync in AS, Internet sync in the desktop).

The time zone is equal on the desktop PC and the Pocket PC

Any suggestion will be welcomed.
