Time Change Question

This may be a stupid question but I have to take a shot:

I have a KIOSK running at a site tracking services. We noticed this month
(November) that services dropped significantly, only to track it back to the
system date being changed at some point in November. Is there a way to see
when this was done, maybe in the event log somewhere?

Probably not. Unless you have set auditing to an extremely high level
events such as these are usually not tracked.

That's what I thought but was hoping someone had a trick up their sleeve.
