thumbnails not loading

I've tried everything! I've made sure that I've opened the web and not done
a quick jump from previously open files. I've used all lower case for the
file name and no spaces. I saved the page with the pictures, and then
created the thumbnails and saved again. The thumbnails work in normal view
(they open microsoft photo editor) but in preview I get the dreaded red x.
What am I doing wrong?!? Help! (FrontPage 2002)

When you do the "autothumbnail" thing, it creates separate versions of the
images, the large image linked from the thumbnail version.

Have you uploaded the *actual* thumbnail versions of the pictures?

Did you import the original images into your open web?

Hi Kate,

What do you see when you do a "Preview in Browser" using just "Preview"
doesn't always show everything.

Also if you haven't already done so..hop on over to Steve's site and get FP
cleaner. It's a great utility that you can run that will clean up a number
of .temp files that help FrontPage to run better..it is located here:

http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm

After you download it be sure and run it when FrontPage is closed.
