Can any body help?
I run Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. My system has
512MB RamBus Memory, an ATI Radeon 128MB Video CArd, and
its a Intel Pentium-4 2.2ghz. processor.
For some strange reason all my Thumbnails are blurred
(Like really bad color-distorted). If I right click on
the Thumbnail and click refresh then it changes to a
normal state (Clear). Any ideas why the thumbnails come
up crappy? Oh ya, my monitors refresh rate is 100, and
screen is set to 1280 x 1224
