thumbnail viewing code

On this site http://rosemarietorre.com/gallery.htm
when you click on a pic the thumb opens in the same page and all you do is
click on it to close.

This bit of code is for Dreamweaver, I was wondering if there was something
similar for FrontPage2002?

http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/thumbnail.htm is an alternative, but
it's not as good as the one above which is what I'd really like to do.
