Thumbnail View not working - Tried fixes listed - HELP!

My system is running on Windows 2000 Pro. I recently upgrade to Acrobat
Reader 7.0 and upgraded to Microsoft Office 2003 now the thumbnail view will
not work. I have tried the fixes listed in different forums with the regedit
shellex and the regsvr32 fix and nothing has worked. I am running IE 6.
Does anyone know what else I can do?
 
Try removing Acrobat Reader and see if that solves the problem. If so,
you can go back to version 6 or reinstall version 7 to see if the problem
recurs. You might also post this in a group dedicated to Microsoft Office
-- microsoft.public.office.misc might be a good choice.
