Thumbnail location

The first time I used auto thumbnail it asked me where to store the
thumbnail. The second time it did this automatically and stored it in
some temp location. How do I get it to use a relative path instead of
the temp location?

Make sure you have a web open first (File Menu | Open Web / Site) and that
you have import the images into the current open FP web prior to
using/working with.

I have the web open and I save the image in the image directory. I then
insert the picture and hit the auto-thumbnail icon. Maybe I don't
understand what you mean but "import". I did not use the "import" under
"file" but I didn't do it the time it worked either.

If you are creating a new page for the thumbnails, you need to save the page
first before adding the image and making them thumbnails.

I know you must be getting tired of this but that did not work either.
I guess I will go back to doing it the old fashion way, make the
thumbnails in photoshop and link them to the large image.

It just doesn't make sense the I got a window asking me where to put the
thumbnails the first time and I have not gotten it since.

Thanks for your help though.

the imbedded image. Thanks agian.
