Something I downloaded, I don't know what changed my IE throbber how do I
change it back to the one with the Windows Logo w/ the world going around it?

Go to Start | Run and type:
rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear or
rundll32.exe Iedkcs32.dll, BrandCleanInstallStubs
