ThorConnWndClass - How do I remove?

In Outlook, when sending and receiving messages, Outlook will stop receiving
messages. The only way to get it to work is to shut it down and start again.
Looking in taskmanager, it shows that the application is not working, but
the OUTLOOK process is still running, and has to be shut down from
Taskmanager. On shutting down in this way, when Outlook opens up again, it
says that the .pst file is corrupted, and takes a few minutes to resolve
itself. If I run this three times without switching the machine off each
time, I will see during shutdown that ThorConnWndClass is ending multiple
times. How do I get rid of this.
I am running Microsoft Office Professional on XP, and have all the latest
updates. The security I am using is the paid version of ZoneAlarm. Can
someone help please?
