This page cannot be displayed

About two weeks ago I switched to Adelphia High Speed
internet from my dial-up which was Netzero. Ever since I
have not been able to log onto my financial institution
web sites. The msg is "the page cannot be displayed." I
can however sign into Neopets and my Adelphia e-mail.

How are you connected to the net? Is it cable or is it a phone line modem?
For one reason - it sounds to like your tcp/ip is configured all wrong and it
thinks your using something your not. Thus it does not recieve and send at
the right bandwidth. I've had this happen when using an optimizer to
configure the tcp/ip for me and optimize for the wrong settings. Thus loosing
my 128 bit controls at the tcp/ip source. The error I would get is when I
tried to log in at my bank acct. it would not take my password or anything
for that matter as I would get - the page could not be displayed or found.
That and other secure sources would do the same. Thus I used my optimizer to
configure to a lower setting and found that it cleared up the problems. Hope
it will work for you.
