I applied the SP1a update and all the latest critical updates to my XP Pro install. I then installed Office 2003 Pro with business contact mgr which had me install the .Net Framwork. No every time I click on a URL in any program other than IE I get "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." Please help
