Sometimes some of the senders keep reciving an error trying to send me an
email.


This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or
contact your network administrator. The client operation failed. Error is
[0x80004005-00000000-0x000501].

I have got Exchange 2003


Is it a problem on their side ?
 
Are these users local to Exchange or using VPN? It sounds as though there's
an interruption to connectivity to Exchange or to the MTA.
 
No this is complitely outside user like a company customer.

He has this error ocassionaly from time to time and he sends it to me.

Any idea?
