This is my first time to use this kind of service.I do not know it's
importance.Who can tell me it's convinence.

We don't call, we share information here. There are many different
newsgroups and this one shares information about Microsoft Access their
professional database program. If you have a question about that, please
feel free to ask. If you have questions about other computer issues, please
try and locate a newsgroup devoted to that product or problem.
