This file has been modified outside the source editor...

I am working in visual studio 2003, using vb.net and for every application,
I get this message on the xml files. Why do I get this and how can I stop
it?

c:\myApps\myApplication.xml
This file has been modified outside of the source editor. Do you want to
reload it?

And No, I am not loading it anywhere else. Thank you for your help.
