this a legitimate website to buy office/access 07?

thinking of buying office 2007 professional which gives me access 2007 from
here:
softwaresurplus.com

price is $229 for full retail version. this seems too cheap?

anyone know if this is legitimate. ?

Office 2007 is way too new to be surplus. I'd have my doubts.

Note the *very* last line of the product description for Office 2007 Pro on
that site:

"Priced for academic users"

That should cause bells to go off.

This may be the full retail version but it is not intended for the retail
market, and you may not be able to register it unless you qualify.

Another clue: they say list is $299, and they offer for $229 ($70 off). Full
retail of Office 2007 Pro is considerably higher than 299, so they are
clearly trying to sell something else.
