Thin Client How To

I am trying to create a Windows Embedded image that will load up and boot
start into Remote Desktop or Citrix ICA to connect to a Citrix server. Does
anyone have a "how to" document to set up a simple thin client that will boot
up, and lauch remote desktop or citrix to connect to a terminal server...

sorry for the dumb questions, i am a newbie

XPe documentation online has a few thin client links. Also, there are some articles on the subject available.

As to the launch for the RD. You can either have the Terminal Service Client set up as a shell or, if you prefer, you can set up an
automatic launch (via Run key or etc.) for the mstsc.exe. That executable (the RDP client itself) takes a command line so you can
launch it remotely connected.

One thing on launching Citrix or RDP as the shell, is you might want a delay
for network services to load. Explorer.exe has built in delays, but when it
is not the shell, one could get some unexpected behavior.
