Time: 5:18:20 PM
User: N/A

Description:
The IP Security policy for ISAKMP/Oakley specified an encryption algorithm
that is invalid due to export cryptography restrictions. All 3DES
encryption used by ISAKMP/Oakley is weakened to standard DES encyption.
Generally, this is benign. ISAKMP/Oakley will still be able to negotiate IP
security parameters, and protect that negotiation with DES encryption. This
should only be of concern if you demand that the ISAKMP/Oakley negotiation
be protected with 3DES encryption. If this is the case, please contact your
network administrator.

Thank you very much and happy holidays or happy summer..

Other than this article,
Q134965: When DHCP Clients receive a DHCPNACK or DHCPACK
I don't really know what else I can do to help. It looks like another
machine with the same name, and another machine with the same IP address
(likely both the same machine :) is already on the network. Follow the
instructions in the event logs where applicable

Regarding the IPSEC message, I would not worry about it, unless you require
3DES instead of DES encryption. See your administrator regarding policies
in place that are involved here.
