I would like to "import" my own thesaurus into Word, but do not know how. Is
there an easy way or do i require a programmer?
 
You cannot 'import' a third party thesaurus into Word. If it is designed to
integrate with Word it will have an add-in that allows it to interact with
Word. Some third party products provide this option.
