There is not enough memory available on the MS Exchange server

Hi,

I have a user who created a personal DL in her contact, for some reason, she
can not open it. Every time she try to open the personal DL, she gets this
error message "Can't open this item. There is not enough memory available
on the Microsoft Exchange server computer to perform the operation. Contact
your System Administrator"

I check the Exchange server memory and there is 1/3 utilization. Any help
would be greatly appricated.
