There is no "zip bar code option" in Microsoft Word 2007, why?

Why is there not a zip bar code option in Microsoft Word 2007. What do I
need to do to obtain this feature?
 
You can't simply check the barcode box in the Envelope dialog anymore,
but you can still manually insert the { BARCODE } field on your
envelope. Note that Word's postal barcodes do not comply with current
USPS regulations. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=897290 "The

mailing discounts" for more information.
