There is no web named......

When I save a Frontpage file, I received the error
messgae:
There is no web named...."drive letter"

The Microsoft Knowledge base cknowledges this error but
instrucks me to call Microsoft, at a fee, for the "fix".

How do I resolve this without paying?

Call MS and mention the KB article or you will not get the patch, etc.
