There is no server on port 80 at 'oemcomputer'

I have frontpage 98 and have not used it before. I am getting the error "there is no server on port 80 at 'oemcomputer'" any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
Which version of Windows are you running?

Ok, have you installed the Web Server from the Windows 98 SE CD
(Add/Remove)? If not, uninstall FP, then install the web server, then
install FP using the Custom Install Option, and select just the FP
application and Extensions.
