There is no object in this control???

For some reason Access 2003 doesn't support the RichText control anymore.
It was working fine yesterday. When I try to insert a new RichText Access
tells me it doesn't support this control.

James, it sounds like you lost a reference to a library. I don't know which
one.

Open a module and go to Tools | References. If one is actually missing it
will say so in the list.

If there are no missing references, then you'll need to identify which
library contains the richtext control and include it by checking the checkbox.

I see no MISSING references. I even reregistered
Richtx32.ocx but it did no good.

I believe there is a problem with the Microsoft rich text control under
Access 2003.

I experienced the same problem so I opened a new topic (KB912812 update and
richtx32.ocx. The problem is aftter KB 912812 update whiche OCX with regh
always deregister the ocx. The controls works fine if you register again with
regsrv32.exe, but after this the KB update starts again and so on.....
