there is any calculations available in word

I typed the function =rand(2,3) in word
but "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" displays 6 times
i dont know how its possible. i want the answer.

This is a built-in shortcut for creating text in Word. The first number is
the number of paragraphs to create; the second number is the number of
sentences per paragraph. Many of us use it frequently when trying to solve
problems, and simply need some text to experiment on. It beats accidentally
saving your experiment over an actual document that you need.
