I am using WMP 11 with Windows XP, and I have just encountered a new problem.
When I sync my SPI Slice mp3 player and try to see what songs are on the
player, it says There are no files on this device, To begin sync files to the
device. This has never been a problem before, and I am at a loss as to what
started the problem. All of the songs are still on the player, and play
fine. They also show up when I access the drive through My Computer. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have two players, and am having
the same problem with both players.
