There are currently no logon servers available to service the requested logon

I receive the following error message attempting to access
a network printer, "Printer properties can not be
displayed. The subsystem is unavailable." Status -
Unable to connect.
WHen I attepted to access the print server via My Network
Places i received the following message. "There are
currently no logon servers available to service the logon
reqest."

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If there is no printers in Printers, then local PrintSpooler service didn't
start or stuck. If there is no access to computers through MyNetworkPlaces,
then IPC$ share is unavailable.
