Themes not showing (again)

I have read the threads about this topic - themes not showing up after
uploading, but still can't figure it out. Some of my themes will load but
others will not. This is what I am doing: making a new page, applying a
theme, text, etc. Save the page. When I go to upload the page, everything
works except the theme does not show on the web. I am using FP2003. I have
reformated the page, resaved, reuploaded, etc. I have contacted my server
and they have made sure the fp extension are working.Can someone please
explain to a dumb guy how to make this work?

Are you opening and working in a FP Web/Site (not just a page)?
