The Work menu

Working with Microsoft Office Word 2003 - Part of Microsoft Office
Professional Ed. 2003 - I am looking to add the Work Menu to my toolbar but
can't remember how to do it. I checked the help menu, but it instructions
did not come up when I typed "Work Menu" in the "Search for" row.

Can some one tell me how to add it?
