The word SPAM shows up in subject line of e-mails I'm replying to

When I'm replying to an e-mail I get a reminder that my message has not been
sent and the subject line gets appended with a [SPAM] tag. Does anyone else
have this problem and is there a fix?

It is not a problem. You have some spam filtering software installed on
your computer. Outlook is not doing it. You'll need to research your spam
software if you want to find a way to change its settings.
