The Toolbox won't appear on my form

Suddenly, I cannot get the toolbox to appear on a form. In design view the
icon is up there in the bar at the top of the screen and NOT greyed out. In
the "Tools" / "Start-up" menu I have clicked all the boxes to allow menus
and tool boxes.

When I click the toolbox icon, , it goes to the "selected" appearance OK
but nothing appears on the form.

I'm using Access 2000. (Yes, I know I shopuld update but until now, it's
worked very well for me).

I would suspect that it has been moved (dragged/pushed) off-screen.

Increase the Windows Screen resolution.
Open the database. Open the form in design view. Click on the toolbox
tool button.
You should see the toolbox somewhere on the screen. Move it back
within the form area.
Close the form. Re-set the Windows resolution to whatever it was
before.
